very disappointed. if you want to order from minga, it seems ur luck is 50/50. my mum ordered from them, everything came quickly and no problems. but then i ordered from them, took a month until i finally emailed and their “human response” was an email back showing that they’d now dispatched it. while I’m grateful, I imagine it had just been sitting there and wouldn’t have been sent if I didn’t email. after waiting so long, 2/3 of the items were too small for someone of my height, not great for tall people. :((

Clothes are lovely, but communication is awful. Ordered 23/11, 4 items, 2 in stock and 2 on pre order. Email confirmation says will arrive 3-5 days. What it doesn’t say us that the order will not be sent until everything is in stock. 2 items detailed as late December arrival. In the FAQ, but does not refer you to them when you order, so why would you look? Final item arrived 21/1! Very late Christmas present,which I now have to do a 250 mile round trip to deliver!

Received my first Minga London order in late December and I am absolutely obsessed!!! The skirts are great quality and nice material so if anyone is on the fence on buying from this brand, absolutely go for it - the quality is worth the price. Looking forward to ordering from Minga again soon!! ??

I’ve been purchasing from minga for a while and i’ve not had a bad experience, i have about 6 items and i honestly will be buying more. I recommend the brand to anyone and everyone because the quality is so good and the designs are so unique and fun. 10/10 overall ???:))

This was my first order and first impressions were great !! It’s my favourite hoodie I have i honestly love it so much. It arrived within 5 days (ordered on 25/12/22 and arrived 30/12/22) . It’s so soft and keeps me so warm thankyou ??

I bought the Jolene midi skirt for my girlfriend and safe to say she is in love with it. It looks so great on her and she’s really happy with it, and I’m obviously happy to see her so happy. It’s incredibly well made and flattering and I will definitely buy from here again, the quality is really outstanding and it’s just a great website for eclectic fashion.

i found minga london back in lockdown of 2020 and it’s safe to say i’ve not shopped at any other clothing stores since! minga really helped me find out my true style and learn to express myself though clothes and find confidence in what i wear. i wouldn’t understand fashion the way i do today if it wasn’t for that rainbow cardigan i first bought from minga 3 years ago ??

I've been eyeing on Minga London's new drops since I found this brand. When I saw the Can't talk cat sweater from the dark academia drop, I had to get it because it was super cute and also really relatable! My boyfriend got it for me on Christmas and it's super comfy I wear it so often ❤️. I also got the beth plaid midi skirt for myself because I had been looking for a cute midi skirt like it for a long time! I'm so excited to style it >_<
I really want to get things from lace and chaos especially the hell was boring sweater. I loveee the quality of minga london and the diversity of the models

I ordered my favourite hoodie (the light blue butterfly hoodie?), an adorable light pink jean skirt ?and a super comfy bomber jacket in brown and beige???
The shipping was fast and luckily there were no additional taxes for EU. The clothes are great quality and really comfortable?I will definitely order from Minga again, the item I am currently eyeing is the Aurora milkmaid lace top in mauve?

Loved the cardigan and skirt I got, true to size and were super cute. Really love what the brand stands for as a whole as well, with how sustainable and eco-conscious they are (plus the themed drops are super interesting). Will note though, if you live in Canada, on top of the shipping, you might be hit with import fees which was annoying. But overall, my experience was pretty good :)

I’ve bought clothes from Minga London twice now (my most recent order arrived this week) and each time has been great! I’m always pleased with the quality of their clothing (I’m obsessed with their knitted items, I now have two knitted shrugs that I wear all the time!! <3) and I appreciate how quick their shipping is (my orders each arrived within 6 days). Overall, a very slay experience ????????

All of the clothes fittet really nicely and the quality is amazing. I have a skin condition and struggle to wear many fabrics, but I’ve never experience irritations with minga london clothes. Very comfortable and absolutely my style. I don’t have a lot of money but the quality is worth the price. Wasn’t my first and wont be my last purchase. Half my wardrobe consist of minga london at this point. Absolutely love it

i’ve ordered several times from minga. the clothes are good quality and definitely worth the price, especially as it’s sustainable fashion. delivery has always been on time. customer service is also great, i was offered a free return and replacement of a faulty item :)
